Abstract:
The relationship between recognition and organizational values is relevant for the actions to be implemented linked to motivational aspects. The goal of this research was to create an explanatory model of relationships between values and recognition, for the Ecuadorian public sector. For this, an inventory was applied in two Ministries (N = 402), with national scope. The final model had good fit indexes, showing how the values affect the current recognition, which in turn affects the desired recognition.
